UX/UI/Product Designer
I’m a UX/Product Designer with a strong foundation in art and architecture, where my design journey first began. After immigrating, I transitioned into graphic design, applying my visual sensibilities to branding and communication projects. My passion for creating thoughtful,user-centered experiences led me to further my education in UX design, where I merge creativity with functionality to solve real-world problems. I believe that good, practical design has the power to make the world a more inclusive, intuitive, and comfortable place. In addition to my design work, I’m also a freelance artist with a focus on mirror work and photography. My artistic practice has been featured in five solo exhibitions and approximately nine group shows, reflecting my ongoing exploration of visual narratives and emotional spaces.
As a UX and Product Designer, my design process is grounded in a user-centered and iterative approach. I typically follow these three key steps:
1. Research & Empathize
Understanding the user's needs, goals, and pain points is the foundation of effective design. I start by gathering insights through user interviews, surveys, competitive analysis, and usability audits. This helps me build empathy and define the core problems that need solving.
2. Design & Prototype
Using the insights gathered, I ideate and sketch potential solutions—focusing on both functionality and user flow. I then create wireframes and interactive prototypes (often in Figma) to visualize and test the user experience. Visual design elements, such as typography, color, and layout, are carefully considered to enhance clarity and engagement.
3. Test & Iterate
Design is an ongoing process. I conduct usability testing and gather feedback from real users to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement. Based on the results, I refine and iterate on the design to ensure the final product is both practical and delightful to use
